Every organization is different. Your solutions should be too.

We meet your organization where it is and help you get where you want to go.

Strategy doesn’t transform organizations. People do.

For 30+ years, Marsha Wesley Coleman has worked at the intersection of leadership and culture — coaching executives, building learning programs, and helping organizations navigate real change. MWC Consulting brings that experience to your doorstep: executive coaching, assessments, leadership development, DEIB strategy, facilitation, and organizational development tailored to where your organization actually is.

MWC Consulting works with senior living and aging services organizations, nonprofits and foundations, higher education institutions, healthcare systems, and professional services firms. We are a woman- and minority-owned business and bring particular expertise in mission-driven environments where the stakes are high and the people are deeply committed to the work.

Meet Marsha

Marsha Wesley Coleman is an organizational development consultant, facilitator, executive coach, and educator who helps leaders and organizations strengthen culture, develop people, and navigate the complexities of working together. With more than 25 years of experience across corporate, nonprofit, healthcare, senior living, and higher education settings, she brings a practical, engaging approach to leadership and organizational development, with expertise in leadership effectiveness, organizational culture, intercultural competence, conflict management, belonging, psychological safety, and systems thinking.

Marsha believes the best learning happens when people can be curious, challenged, and engaged at the same time. Whether coaching an individual leader, facilitating a team, or working across an organization, she creates space for honest conversation, new perspectives, and practical action. Her goal is for people to leave the experience understanding themselves, one another, and the systems around them a little differently—and better equipped to put that understanding into practice.

Marsha holds an M.S. in Organizational Development and Leadership from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, an MBA from Penn State University, and a B.A. in Mass Media Arts from Hampton University. She has taught graduate-level organizational development and leadership for more than a decade and is certified in a range of leadership, team, and intercultural assessments and learning experiences.

Most engagements begin with a conversation. Tell us what's going on in your organization — we'll listen, and we'll tell you honestly whether and how we can help.
